try this, since it is fairly warm out it might work.

do your single crank thing, that makes the cylinders wet.  Now there is
"excess" fuel.

Unplug the control pressure actuator.  Now the engine should be getting
a fuel amount equivalent to "warm idle" (CPA current = 0 mA).

crank again, a couple fo times, and see what happens.

other dumb ideas... drop the cat from the front in case it is clogged.

pull the rubber boot and check the airplate, if it is stuck in the "up"
position you'd get lots of fuel.

and as someone mentioned, it's a long shot and unlikely, but at least it
is on top of the car, check the cold start valve to make sure it isn;t
spraying continuously for some reason.  So long as it isn't stuck open,
it can be unpluged to remove it as a variable.  Check its wiring, if the
brown striped wire is frayed or abraded and shorted to ground somewhere
it might run too long/too much, too.
