FORTUNETLY these idiots are smart enough to disconnect the negative lead from
the battery. Or so they say. Well, I did see the car disconnected. And I did
see them reconnect it. But at this point, I'm considering the fact that they
did dust the ECU and are trying to cover their tracks.

No, I haven't. I can't get the car to run more then a single crank revolution.
