No start...big help needed <con't>

I had that problem with my ur-q last summer, big time flooding. It would actually spray a heavy mist out the spark plug holes when the plugs were out. For me, it turned out that the little clip that holds the sensor plate in rest position had broken, causingthe plate to rest way too high.
 One more thing.. if you've been cranking the motor over extensively, you should check the oil for gasoline dilution.
 I had to change my oil and both filters.
