You are in the right lane. You STAYED in the right lane. You blinker was
NEVER on as I understand it, right? He was in the left lane, and turned into
the right lane and rearended you, but because you were travelling at 10mph
in a residential neighborhood, looking for an address without your blinker
on, YOU are at fault of the other guy turning into your lane and parking in
your trunk?
What kind of IDIOTS do these insurance companies hire???
