5000 Accident update

For all those who are paying attention to my fight against big insurance
companies.. I have an update.....

My ticket for impeding traffic was dismissed. The person who hit me and was
there to testify as a witness was awfully dissapointed..

I'll be testifying against the person who hit me in his trial... If that goes
well (conviction) I'll be talking to Allstate about a settlement again.. If
that dosen't happen (which I suspect it won't) It's on to small claims
court....
