Hmm, sounds like either both rear speakers are dead, they unplugged
the wrong one, or there's something wrong with the radio.

Assuming the speakers are fried, and not the radio:

The instructions apply for both rear+front modules; they use the same
components(the circuit boards look nearly identical.)

The right rear speaker can be removed from the bottom; undo the 4
bolts, one at each corner.

The driver's side is more of a PITA; remove the grille(turn slightly
and pull up), remove the foam ring, then use a wrench to undo all 4
locknuts and remove all 4 washers, then go back into the trunk and
pull it down.

The instructions require at least some basic skill with a soldering
iron, or at least a willingness to practice for a bit on some junky
old computer parts or something. Danger Will Robinson, Danger!
Don't dive into that old dead TV, lethal voltages may still be
present!

Also requires a bunch of tools. It's all spelled out in painful detail.
