It seems silly to me to lose displacement, but anyways some pros and cons.

Pros

A huge amount of bolt on HP - turbos, kits, chips...
Lighter
makes room for a big IC up front
Coil on plug
Serious flow in & out from a stock head

Cons
Wiring up/plumbing a leak detection pump
finding/making mounts
speed sensor input from ??? then do a digi dash?
Cast crankshafts (in most/all?)
Small lifters - can't use wild cams
Intake manifold is said to be restrictive
restrictive stock exhaust manifold
lots of fabrication
Oil pan clearance?

Its definitely possible, the swaps are under $3k but there'd be a lot of
extras.  Its possible but is it worth it?  Make friends with somone who can
pull & clear codes or buy a ross etc.

A cis MC should easily make 200hp w/ a 'chip' and would be a LOT cheaper.
Not exactly the wow factor tho.  For what you'd spend on a 4cyl 20vt swap
and adaptor plate/flywheel, you could have an efi'd 10vt and maybe a bigger
turbo.
