Type 89 ignition switch interchange and failure mode

What is the interchange of the lock cylinder(key tumbler part) of the ignit=
ion on a 1990 80?   Starter will not function and dash warning lights stay =
on with key off; have to press and jiggle to get the idiot lights to switch=
 off.
I assume this is related to the plastic portion of the ignition switch.   L=
ooks like two small screws retain this switch in the lock cylinder part
What is the part # for the switch
