STILL blowing fuses

I’m really hoping for some help here.. my ’86 5ktqw is still blowing fuse
15. From what I can tell, it takes out my wipers front and rear, turn
signals, and low-speed rad fan. I’ve checked the wires that go into the
tailgate (hatchback, whatever), fixed those wires  and that harness is in
fact disconnected, still blows fuses. Disconnected the front wiper motor, no
change. Where else can I look for the problem? Is there another hidden
connector somewhere that might have bare wires somewhere?
