difference between 5000 & 200

What are the major mechanical differences between the
5000, & 200's.  I know the 200's got more compression
& a smaller turbo.  Can they still be "chipped"? & can
you get as much out of those as the older single KS MC
engines?  Just curious... BTW and thanks to everyone
for the overwhelming response of advice and
experiences.
