4k csq front wheel shake

Hello
I have been having a problem with my 4kcsq. At any speed over 65mph, if I
turn the wheel even slightly to the right I get very bad vibration from the
front left wheel. This only happens with moderate pressure on the gas pedal.
If I lift the throttle it goes away and sometimes if I floor it it goes
away. Could this be an alignment problem or a wheel bearing?
