BUT, if you are doing this, than you will, if you like
it or not, have to become one with those wiring
diagrams.  If you don't, you will waste so much time
trouble shooting problems that you don't understand
because somebody just told you to hook the blue wire
to the green wire.  Trust me.

Yep, that IC works great for the bypass valve.
Ideally, try and get the connection that goes back to
the low pressure side as close to the turbo intake as
possible.  You want to keep that baby spinning!
