said that's what I wanted, not what I got :-)
The Tokyo is near impossible to use, as well. "Soft" menus are nice,
but only when they're clearly indicated and make sense...the "soft"
menus on the Tokyo make -no- sense, the screen is the worst I've ever
seen regarding readability for angle(yes, I'm aware there is an
adjustment) and the indicators are about the size appropriate for
someone with their face 2 inches from the display.
It's clear evidence that the instrument-cluster radio display on
Audis wasn't Blaupunkt's idea :-)
That and it is chock full of all the annoying Japanese features which
make me think it's not in-house designed; the "beep beep" and
"GOODBYE"(on the display) when you turn it off, are prime examples.
The "beep beep" got turned off right away, as did the
battery-draining clock display.
