That silicone you sprayed/slopped around the filler neck is a no-no.  I
suggest a thorough cleaning of the area with hot soapy water or even
brakleen to lessen the possibility of "outgassing".  ANY silicone in the
area of the fuel or intake system is likely to result in premature O2 sensor
failure.  Check the archives.  Sometime ago I posted the service bulletin
regarding this subject.  John
