Dan,

The maker of your car seat should have a kit which includes a 'generic'
tether &
bracket.  All you need is the right sized bolt to go into the threaded
hole under
the cutout.  I don't have the Wagon here with me right now but it was a
pretty
ordinary pitch/dia.

This is one thing Audi did not make more complex than required.
