My 4ktq made this noise on shutdown.  Cap was original as far as I know..
Replaced the cap, no more burbly noises.  The replacement cap was blue while
the old one was tan.  Not sure the difference but that's what I got from the
dealer.  Cost was cheap too.. less than $20.
