Check the high and low pressure switches, the temperature control lever
switch, and A/C fuse and relay.  The Bentley manual has the wiring diagram
for the A/C circuit, which will help you troubleshoot and pinpoint the
problem.  You'll need a DC voltmeter to do this.

The sight glass is not really useful with R-134a.  Correct system
pressure should only be determined with appropriate gauges connected
to the service ports.
