HELP - Turbo restrictor

A few solutions come to mind:

1) buy a header-reducer kit from a FLAPS and cut each side so that the ID
matches your desired input/output. You may need to weld on a straight section
on either end for a good hose connection.

2) something from the plumbing section of home depot might be made to work...

3) buy a "transition" from burns stainless (you can get them made in mild
steel == cheaper).

4) buy two sections of pipe, each with the desired ID on either side and weld
together a slip joint.
