regulator-based MBC vs. WG spring/preload

I had the timmerman mod done to my 87 5ktq, in
addition to a stock spring and 1.8 ecu mod. I did
notice a big difference between the WGFV clamping the
WG diaphragm and the knobben doing the work. It
seemed that the adjustable regulator allowed the boost
to come on more quickly for me than the WGFV did.
Although knowing my luck something was busted that was
allowing that to happen.

Just my observations and .02.
