Rust on the sunroof, and sunroof only. Metal experts?? new info

Thanks for taking the time searching.

I'll put the washers this weekend.

Yes, looks is the last thing I'll worry about. The reason is actually safety.
The sunroof is part of the structure, and even with the custom rollcage the
sunroof needs to stay put in a roll.
