Audi Canada Records Best October Since 1986


    AJAX, ON, Nov. 1 /CNW/ - To date, Audi Canada has retailed 5,936 units,an increase of 1,175 vehicles or 24.7% over the 4,761 cars sold in the same period last year, to give Audi Canada its best October since 1986. Audi's sales of 693 units for October were up 22.4% or 127 units over the October 2001 mark of 566 vehicles.
    The A4 continues to be the top seller for Audi with 479 vehicles sold in October 2002, compared with the 310 vehicles sold in October 2001, an increase of 54.5%.
    In its first full month of availability to the public, sales of Audi's new A4 3.0 Cabriolet reached 38 units. The A4 1.8T Cabriolet is scheduled to arrive at dealers in early 2003.
