Since the stock bolts are stretch, you should also use that bolt supplied in
the kit to replace the stock bolt too, not just to pop out the joint. That
wasn't too clear in your email below. Definitely don't pull the whole shaft
just to change the outer joint, absolutely no need too, the trick Jim
describes works really well.
