Chi,

As long as it's temporary, it's okay. The tread direction is (mostly)
intended
to help evacuate the contact patch of water, and since the P7KSS are also
A/S, probably to help retain snow in snowy weather. If on the wrong side,
it will actually bring water INTO the contact patch (fix, go slow) or it
may
release snow in snowy weather (fix, go slow). With the feathering that
seems to occur with uni-directional treads, the vibration and noise
(okay, worse
than it already is) is probably enough to get you to fix whatever caused
you
to need to use a spare right quick anyway. I'd say, go ahead, you're
covered.
