Batteries: how much is too much current drain??

Thanks to everyone who helped me out w/ this... When I tested the current
the second time, it was only 12 mA! Weird... I wonder if the dying battery
had something to do w/ this. I guess we'll just have to wait and see if it
happens again w/ the new one. Thanks again.
