SS exhaust pipe flanges(SS or regular steel?)

It is Scorpion, it seems to me.  It was too loud and owner cut that
muffler and put another one - round Borla
and another section - silencer, which is 2.5'' and not SS.  The car is
UrS4, it is at 280hp now and it it going to be over 300hp.
