How do I remove the Delta/Concert radio?

You need a pair of the special puller tool with a flat blade and a
wedge-shaped end that un-clips the radio from its mount.  They are
available at specialty car stereo shops or your Audi dealer.

WARNING: You should *not* simply plug a Concert radio in to the connector
that was originally designed for a Delta CC.  Some of the pins in the
wiring harness have different functions and you risk doing damage to
both the radio and your car's electricals if you do that.  You should
get the Bentley manuals for both and study the pin out assignments of
the plugs and make the needed modifications before doing a swap.
