Your oil capacity should be something like ~3.2 quarts, so if you bring
4 quarts it should be enough.  Make sure you get the right vicosity...
I think as of MY 2000 Audi specifies 0W-30 or 5W-30.  Check your owner's
manual to be sure.  The oil capacities should be in there too.

Yes.  In fact I would have done it long ago (My 2001 S4 has been running
Mobil-1 since its first service at 5K miles).
