I would check the sunroof tilt brackets for the first
problem- they are made of pot metal and often break,
causing misalignment and other problems. Note that the
sunroof mechanism is rather complex (IMHO) and once you
take it apart, you might have a hard time re-assembling it.

The rear defrost is probably in the climate control head,
look for a second defrost button.

Hi all,

Well back home after a hard work week in Chicago and need to get back at
completing the wagon for the road. In the process of going through
everything and checking things for work state I notice the following
issues:

- the sun roof works but, when it is closed it run itself a 1/2" too
high and can't come down without manual help. Is there an adjustment to
be made? Is this right?

- where does one find the switch to activate the rear wiper on an '85?

- where is the switch for the rear defrost?

- where is the switch for the interior light in the hatch so it comes on
when opened?
