The Bentley has the procedure for this.  If you search audifans.com you
should
find plenty of references to this.

Push the right stalk away from you.

Should be in the centre console near the ABS switch.  These frequently
burn up
so don't be surprised if someone took out the switch and put in a blank
plate.

The switch is on the light itself, three positions:  always on, off and
on with door open.
