3B flywheel-clutch swap to MC questions

I am under the impression that the lighter flywheel from
the '91 200 can be installed onto a stock MC engine with
its stock AES code 016 transmission. Is it a correct statement
that all else that is needed is to include the appropriate
clutch disk and pressure plate? Will the stock MC/AES release
bearing and fork assembly operate the new clutch assembly
properly? Or must the transmission be converted to new style
release bearing and fork also? I hope not the later
since that would seem to require a new TOB guide sleeve and
other TOB/fork bits and pieces. Finally, will all the timing pins
on the 3B flywheel assembly be in the right places. Thanks very
much indeed for any guidance.
