3B flywheel-clutch swap to MC questions

That would be hard for me to quantify, as I made many changes to the engine
setup at once that performance gains (or losses) could not be attributed to
any one thing.

For example, could I say that the engine idles rougher now because I
installed a lighter flywheel, when I also put in a cam and larger exhaust?

Actually, it idles fairly nice, but you know there is something different
when you hear the exhaust tone.  It also revs right to the RPM cutoff in
first, second and third gears, and I'm not gonna drive that fast in 4'th or
5'th on the road.
