It depends upon the year, but since you ID'd it as a 200 quattro, I
assume it had badges on the back, so it wasn't a 1991 model with the
20v turbo.

Basically:
- 4 speaker bose stereo option('91 model year had defective amplifier
boards all around.) Integrated radio display(shows frequency and
preset #) in the revised Autocheck display

-slightly more power; MC-II had higher compression and later got the
smaller k24 turbo for quicker spoolup

-airbag

-greatly revised interior. Control stalk, wheel, door panels, center
console, and entire dash completely different. A tremendous overhaul
that looks much more modern. Almost all post-89 type 44's had wood
all around that is probably(IMHO) some of the best wood Audi ever put
in a car(cracks around the outer A/C vents though.) Instrument
cluster has problems with one circuit connection breaking causing
glowing turn signals etc.

-exterior went unchanged except for
	-flush door handles
-rear decklid badges went to thinner 'real' chromw
-Rear trunklid release moved as well

The '91 200 quattro added(on top of the above):

-217hp 20v turbo with EFI, entirely different 'plumbing'(crossflow
head), auxiliary radiator, larger air filter box, larger single-pass
intercooler, turbo bypass valve, dual 2.25" downpipe-back exhaust

-further exterior refinements
-flared wheel wells to accomodate larger wheels+tires, which
required a few other little changes that are hardly noticeable
	-side turn signals
-no rear decklid badges, just center rings.

-A bunch of additional standard features

-internal calipers front brakes with brake cooling ducts(many have
been converted back to G60 brakes due to a recall campaign) and
larger, vented rear brakes

I don't recall when the following changes were done(the '91 has all
three, I know that. Just don't remember if it was the ONLY model
year to get the below):

-torsen center diff

-ABS controller got an accelerometer to keep simultaneous-lockup
conditions from faking out the controller

-lateral-acceleration-sensitive valve was installed for the rear
circuit to reduce oversteer when braking while cornering.

I've probably missed a few things here and there. There were a lot
of little changes across all the years...
