Heat issue....:(

morning, it's in the 30's.  I turned defrost on right away, let it idle for
roughly 5-8min. engine was up to temp.  Still no heat, but got warmer as I

Heater valve not opening all the way or the supply hose to the heater core
is kinked/pinched?
