3B transplant - No Spark help

If you look attentively at the diagram here
http://www.isham-research.com/quattro/wiring/Typ44/3b01.jpg , you'll notice
a black wire at the 1/15 connection on the coil (N70). That wire goes to
the wiring "track" no. 28 which is on this page
http://www.isham-research.com/quattro/wiring/Typ44/3b02.jpg at the top of
the page, right (the track numbers are indicated at the bottom of the page
. This means that there *is* a signal supplied from the fusebox terminal
B15 to the 1/15 terminal of the coil.

So I'm pretty sure this is the problem on either cars...
