Marketplace fraud??

Fellow listers,

I don't know if this is appropriate, but don't know what else to do.  At
this time I will not mention the specific person.

I have not received merchandise ordered from a person who listed on
Marketplace.  I sent a check about 2 months ago - yes in September.  I
followed up with email enquiring of the status and the person replied they
had lost my address - it was at the bottom of the email, but understood.
 After replying back with my address, I received a reply that I would get a
tracking number by the day's end - that was 10/22.  After waiting 2 more
weeks and now multiple attempts to contact the party, I have yet to hear
back or receive my merchandise or any tracking info.

We'll that is all for now.  I am open to suggestions in how to resolve this
matter.
