80tq: Interesting Point of Reference

I'm wondering about the "refineness" of such a car
with a big 2.4 l four banger. All the Dodge Neons I
have ever driven with the 2.0l four were all very
"buzzy" at the high end.
Still soundz like a good deal if it is truely priced
under $20K
