Rear caliper question - Need quick answer!

Per,
it is matter of choosing right diameter socket or piece of pipe and patience. I
used, as I said before, variable size C-clamp and socket (don't remember size).
The socket goes onto that black thing which looks like _| |_ (sorry, no top line)
and which if I remember goes on top of spring. Bottom of the socket presses
against bottom flange-like part. Socket should be the size to be able to insert
lock ring with really long nose pliers.
I bought very long and thin nose pliers just for this job. I bent tips towards
each other a little to prevent ring slipping off. Then I recall the last problem
was aligning that black thing bottom (like petals on a flower) tabs. Make sure
they are not bent up because it will impede placing lock ring.
