Don't fiddle with that screw unless you are measuring *something* to see
what effect it is having. I'm not exactly sure what you are supposed to
measure on a 5ktq, perhaps the CPA current just like CIS-E? I also
don't know the "rest" current it should oscillate around, though it is
probably 10 mA.
First, why not measure the OXS output voltage (easier) at warm idle and
see how it looks? It should oscillate around .5v every few seconds.
