Locked out of a 90CS

The experience I've had owning my 89 90q is that only the dealer who has
performed the service has records of it.  They don't seem to share (at least
not for my era car) any data between them.  Either that or they are not
willing to take the time to look it up.

Chuck, if you do get the Bentley it would probably have the key programming
procedure in it. I might be able to perform it with my copy of VAG-COM since
it looks like we still work in very close proximity (just through the
woods).

I'd be checking with a different dealer.  I'd say the dealer doesn't know
anything about what he should know.

In the 1980's I got a set of keys for a '59 Mercedes by having the dealer
order them from Germany.  I can't believe one German company would have
that sort of information and another wouldn't.
