You should not have to remove the condenser.  You lift the condenser up
and forward then set down.  The radiator should come out when the power
steering pump is moved to the side.  No need for the wheel and liner to be
removed
either.  I have done this about five times on different type 44s and it is
pretty straight
forward and easy.
