Zelenda.com or Snap-on tools have the item.  Its ~$9.00.
A hook shaped piece of metal where you use a screw driver to pop it out like
a fulcrum.
Simple tool a life saver.
Now getting them back in.....ohhhh someone do tell the secret. IME its a
PITA.
