Tigran,
Just one point that occured to me concerning the fuel pressure. I
beleive you said you were measuring it at the feed to the fule dist. If so
you are measuring the wrong way, and just getting the 'max' pressure the
pump can supply, and possibly damaging the pump.
To meaure the system pressure (which is regulated by a pressure release
valve) you usually need to insert your gauge into the control pressure
circuit and take a reading there with the pump running but the engine off
and with the outlet tap of your gauge closed.
I don't have the time right now to elaborate, but maybe this will point
you in the right direction for a pressure reading and others can help
clarify for you. Good Luck.
