Last year, I did my urQ and the pin was 6 mm.  BTW, I found 2 free
punches in the shaft of my recently replaced trunk struts shaft; exactly
6 mm.

Anyone know the actual size of the rollpin?  There are punches designed
specifically to drive out roll pins.  They have a little round
protrusion on the end surrounded by a shoulder to keep them centered in
the pin.  Of course, you need one the right size to fit into the opening
in the tranny case.
