Saw this 100 times in Tucson AZ.  Idiots would drive
around the flaming police barricades and then complain
when their car sunk in 8' of water.  Moron.  Here's
your $250. ticket.  Plus removing your car from the
bottom of the underpass.  I once watched the cops
stand there and just hand out tickets one after
another to people who drove around this barricade.
Burning flares, 4' high barricades nearly blocking the
whole road.  They just drove right around them at full
speed right into the flooded underpass.  Can you say
LEMMINGS?  Or MORONS?  Unbelievable!
