Should I consider buying it?

Is this a 20 valve?
The weak link in this car is the Hitachi fuel injectors which are
between $130 and $250 each. The hyd accumulator and associated parts
are expensive. Trying to buy brake rotors it appears there are three
possible setups from the factory, all expensive which usually leads to
a conversion, also expensive. The AC blower motor that is always on
lasts about three years. Fog lights have fragile mounts and pick up a
lot of rocks are $145 each. Do the timing belt.
But these could/would also be problems on a well maintained example.
