Find out when the timing belt was done, both mileage and date. 6
years/60k is the limit.

Also, find out if:
a)the owner regularly started/ran it
b)it has synthetic or dino oil

First thing you need to do if buying it is plan on a full fluids
change- oil, coolant, brake fluid. Might as well do tranny and diff
fluids while you're at it. Brake rotors are probably in need of
resurfacing.

Have a body shop check it out and give an estimate. If
$1700+estimate+freshening < $7000, why not?

FYI-have the bodyshop and a mechanic look the car over for side
effects of the collision, body and mechanical.
