4000 fogs vs. driving lights

Well, there IS a difference.  AFAIK, fog lights have a relatively short, wide, flat light
pattern.  Your driving lights are like high beams.  You will be blinding the oncoming
traffic (well, you won't
be the only one ...).  If I'm wrong, please correct me.
