Looking for A4 Avant 1.8t comments

We have a '99.5 A4 1.8T Avant, email me direct if you want specifics.

Rear seat room is marginal for adults, no way you're fitting much of
anything behind you if you're tall and long in the leg. Maybe small
children, I don't have any so I can't tell you if a small child will
fit or not.

Headroom is fine, you actually have more in a 1.8T than a 2.8 or a
S4 (due to the power seats).

Absolutely worth getting the Avant for cargo space- much more useful
than
the sedan.

Personally, if you don't mind going with an older car, I'd keep my
eye out for a '95.5 S6 Avant. That's the car I'd want, much larger
than the A4, much more powerful than the A4, much rarer as well. They're
under $20k now, so it's a good buy, although if you finance, that's much
harder for the bank to swallow, as it is rather old.
