If you're talking about the window regulator assembly, probably not.
Just the motor?  Maybe.  See below.

I don't know how much of the window regulator in the front door was
thrown away, but the rear door's regulator assembly will surely not fit
on the front door.  If the only thing missing is the motor itself,
then yes, that should be swappable.

I dunno, but I wouldn't do that.  Depending on how gunked up things are,
you may need to remove the fuel tank and have it cleaned.  Replace both
fuel filters (there is a plastic one at the tank, and also an aluminum
canister downstream from the fuel accumulator).  Run the first tankful of
fuel with Lubro Moly fuel injection cleaner once everything is back together.
