4K trunk open

On both my '86 4kq and my '88 5ktq the trunk lock works as follows --

Slot vertical: Trunk is locked, and pushing the trunk lock as a button does
nothing.

Slot horizontal: Trunk is locked when the central locking system is locked,
and unlocked when the central locking system is unlocked.  Pushing the trunk
lock as a button opens the trunk when in the unlocked state, and does
nothing in the locked state.

Slot 45 degrees to clockwise with key inserted: manual unlock, pushing in
the trunk lock will unlock the trunk.
